Hi, I am Michaela Doležalová and this is Jasna Studio.
I have been working with light for over fifteen years. My journey toward it led through glass and material work, and today I most often work with paper and natural materials. I am interested in what happens when light is not just a practical part of an interior, but begins to influence its atmosphere and the way a person spends time in it.
At Jasna, we create light fixtures, objects, and light installations for specific interiors. We craft every lamp from start to finish – from gathering flowers, leaves, or needles, through making our own paper, to the final light object.

Limited seasonal collections made from natural materials including flowers, leaves, and pine needles. Each series consists of 20–40 pieces.

Workshops
For the public and groups, ranging from parent-child workshops to masterclasses. For a maximum of 10 participants, suitable for festivals, cultural spaces, companies, and team building.

For social events and weddings, including installation options.
The lighting is also available for personal purchase in Prague, for example at The Design, Modernista, and Page Five.
Manifesto
Sustainability of the entire process, working with local materials, and finding ways to utilize what would otherwise end up as waste are important to me. In my work, I combine manual techniques with digital technologies and my own production tools.
Awards
In 2025, I presented my solo exhibition Floralis Temple at The Design Gallery in Prague. In 2026, I received the EDIDA Award in the Sustainable Design category for my Floralis Orange collection and also became a winner of the Visa She’s Next program. In October 2026, I will present the exhibition POSTSVÍCENÍ at MUD* Benešov.
